Grade‑2 semi‑transparent recycled PVC pellets
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
PVC is a widely‑used general‑purpose thermoplastic. It combines rigidity and flexibility. With different dosages of plasticizers, it can be made into hard profiles or soft films. It features flame retardancy, chemical corrosion resistance, good electrical insulation and relatively high strength. It is low‑cost with excellent cost‑performance. However, it exhibits poor heat resistance (normal service temperature ≤ 60 °C) and inferior stability against heat and light, so stabilizers are required during processing.
Main Applications
Rigid products: widely used in construction materials including water‑supply & drainage pipes, door‑window profiles and wall panels; also for chemical storage tanks, electronic product housings, etc.
Flexible products: extensively applied in wire‑cable insulation, artificial leather, packaging films, raincoats, toys, sandals, vinyl flooring and wallpaper.
Please specify your additional requirements for hardness, impact performance, gloss level, specific gravity, environmental compliance, surface pits and other physical‑property parameters.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
